Primer 100
Primer 100 is a premixed extreme bonding agent designed to bond any of our concrete overlay mixes to a stable Concrete or other Substrate. Primer 100 can also be applied to a properly prepped painted or sealed concrete, masonry, plaster, drywall, glass, glazed tile, Styrofoam or adverse substrate. Primer 100 is an EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate). Available in 1 gallon and 5 gallon buckets.
